Terms and Conditions:

• Rates are based on room size and do not include applicable taxes.
• Guest must be 21 to check into hotel.
• Check in @ 4:00 pm, Check out @ 10:00 am.
• Most major credit cards accepted.
• Cribs are available upon request.
• 48 hour cancellation required.
• No pets please. There is a $350 fine for pets on the property.

• A credit card imprint or a cash deposit of $50 will be required at time of check in for any incidental charges that may be incurred.
• For the protection of all guests, you are required to show proper identification (Government or State issued ID) that matches the name on the credit card used to check-in with.

Cancellation Policy:

All reservations require a 48-hour advance notice to avoid penalty charges. Must cancel by 4 p.m. , 48-hours prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within this timeframe, and no-shows, will be charged the cost of one night's stay including tax recovery charges. There are no exceptions and no refunds will be permitted, including any type of emergencies, weather condition or event cancellation or reschedule. This much time is needed to open up the inventory for other guests who are looking for rooms. Group reservations of ten (10) or more rooms require a longer advance notice of cancellation.
