Did you know that Grand Pacific Resorts is dedicated to not only the enhancing the vacation experience of our Owners, but also to enrich the lives of our Associates? A key example of this commitment is evident in the various programs designed to acknowledge and appreciate our team members who consistently go above and beyond for our guests. One such program is the annual Best of the Best award ceremony, where an outstanding Associate from each resort is recognized for embodying the core values that enhance your vacation experiences.

San Clemente Inn is thrilled to announce our 2022 Best of the Best winner, Brett Runge, our Maintenance Department Manager, and our first recipient of the BE EPIC Champion award since joining the Grand Pacific Resorts family. However, Brett is not the only exceptional member of our team who has received recognition. We are proud to introduce new members to the team Raymond Sanchez, our Front Office Manager and Aurelia Mosely, our Housekeeping Manager, respectively, who have also been named BE EPIC Champions. With these remarkable leaders in the fields of Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Maintenance, we are surrounded by greatness.

In addition to the Best of the Best award, we would like to highlight Marjorie Toscano as our Employee of the Quarter. Marjorie’s positive attitude and proactive approach were invaluable during a staffing crisis in our busy summer season. Stepping up to the challenge, she willingly worked six days a week to bridge the gap, encouraging others to join her in providing exceptional service in the absence of a Department Head. Marjorie’s dedication truly reflects her genuine love for our property and guests. A fun fact: both Marjorie’s husband and her sister-in-law have also worked for San Clemente Inn, making us a cherished part of their own family tradition.
