Throughout 2022, our dedicated team worked diligently to finalize the ongoing renovation efforts in Building 3 and 4, specifically focusing on the interior guest units. These units have been transformed with the installation of new carpeting, flooring, window treatments, paint, and décor, all thoughtfully designed to align with the aesthetic elements showcased in our renovated lobby and recreation room.

Furthermore, we have made significant exterior enhancements. Fresh paint has been applied to enhance the appearance of the buildings, guest room doors have been replaced, property signage has been updated, and new door locks have been installed to ensure security. Additionally, the installation of fiber optic technology has greatly improved internet access in guest units and common areas, providing enhanced connectivity for your convenience. Additionally, we have installed new turf and introduced gas-operated BBQs, increasing the number of grilling stations available for Owners’ use while eliminating the need for charcoal. These upgrades aim to maximize your enjoyment and create a more delightful atmosphere.
