Nice, simple but well kept rooms. Super easy access to beach easy drive about 6 minutes to public beach. Helpful and friendly staff.

Internet connection was blocked after trying to log twice and I did not want to take the time to call the service to troubleshoot problem.
Lack of hot water was a surprise. Needed to run the hot water for a long time (greater than two minutes) to obtain warm water.
Consider providing clear instructions on how to leave the room when checking out. Required a trip to the front desk to obtain direction.

My wife and I enjoyed our time at your hotel our time at the beach and sightseeing was wonderful.

The only thing that i could recommend is for the rooms that face the lights in the hallways at night, maybe there could be a more blackout option..the light shines in so much all night into those rooms.
I love how family friendly it is and the staff are all so nice.
