I didn't request a parking pass still my credit card was charged with it. I explicitly mentioned it to the front desk that I don't need a pass during checkin! Be careful, they make false charges to your credit card.

I forgot my coat hanging up in the closet, I called to get it back no response. So I guess their lost in found is my loss there found!

I would like to suggest considering an adjustment to the check-in and check-out times. The current check-in time by 4 pm.is quite late, and the check-out time by 10 am is quite early. Additionally, the late check-out option at 11 am is not as beneficial compared to other accommodations. Adjusting these times would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your consideration.

The parking price is excessive, 25$ for an outside parking… neither roof nor guarded entrance, it is an abuse.
Bed could have been bigger.
The other thing we did not like was the TV, we were not able to use it…
