Maybe printed instructions on how to use the coffee maker and instructions on how to get a key and equipment for the rec room.
The staff especially Susan at the desk. The cleanliness, the safety and the reasonable weekday cost.

Unfortunately had to stay here for a week since my rental is being renovated. It was a good experience as much as I hate hotels I had made some new friends the front desk lady was super nice. Back home, just 2 streets over. Thanks for the roof while waiting for my new floors.

The guy at the front desk was rude. They charge for parking, let them know I didn't have a car, told the charge had to be taken off by a manager but there was no manager there. I paid through a 3rd party then was charged again by hotel. I called no manager there to help how is there never a manager on the premises?. I was told I'd get a call. I still haven't heard anything.

Location is great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities were fun and plentiful.
The low number comes down to the rooms.
Although clean and spacious, the room is in sad shape and needs to be updated. Room 270 has mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the shower is rusty and old. The entire shower and head needs to be replaced. The bathroom fan is very noisy as well.

The queen bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
More comfortable beds. More activities, or at least don’t cancel the ones you have advertised.
We enjoyed the jacuzzi.
