We’re thrilled to shine a spotlight on Susan Elliott, our wonderful Guest Services Agent who just celebrated her 20th anniversary with San Clemente Inn! Since joining us in 2004, Susan has been an invaluable part of our team, providing exceptional service and a warm smile to our guests.
Susan is a proud mother of two daughters and a son, and she has four granddaughters who bring her endless joy. Before joining our team, she owned a reservation call center in Carmel called A Place to Stay, back when the internet was just starting to take off. She also managed a charming bed and breakfast, bringing a wealth of hospitality experience to her role at SCI.
When she’s not busy assisting guests, you can find Susan relaxing on the balcony of her oceanfront home, soaking in the soothing sounds of the waves. She loves to travel and is an avid reader, often getting lost in the pages of a good book. Her favorite colors are black and white, which reflect her classic and timeless style.
Susan shares her home with two beloved cats, Pepper and Fiona, who bring her lots of joy and companionship.
